Answers to the questions we get most — your plan, your account, your subscription, and connecting a device. If you can't find what you need here, email us and a real person will reply, usually within 24 hours.
Your first week is generated at the end of onboarding and is usually ready within 2–3 minutes. After that, next week's plan arrives automatically on Saturday morning, so you have two days to look at it before the week starts.
Open the Plan tab and switch to Next Week. If it hasn't been generated, you'll see a Generate Next Week button — tap it and your plan will build straight away.
Nothing breaks. Mark it skipped, or use Not today to move it. Corsa takes missed sessions into account when it builds your next week, and won't pile the lost training back on top of you.
Use Rebuild plan on the Plan tab. You'll be asked what changed — feeling stronger, feeling worse, schedule changed, a race moved — and the new week reflects it. Rebuilds are limited to twice a week so your training keeps a consistent shape.
Most endurance training should feel easy — roughly 80% of it. The hard days only work if the easy days are genuinely easy. Every workout includes a plain-language explanation of what it's for, so you can see where each session fits.
Switching sports rebuilds the current week around your new discipline, and past days are kept as they were. You can switch once per week. If you need to switch again sooner, email us.
Apple Health (on iPhone) and Strava. Connecting is optional — Corsa works fully without it. When connected, your completed workouts help shape the following week's training.
Open Profile → Connected Devices and try again. For Apple Health, check that Corsa is allowed under iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health. If it still fails, email us and mention which service and what you saw.
Go to Profile → Connected Devices and tap Disconnect. We stop syncing immediately. Workouts already imported stay on your account unless you delete your account entirely.
No. Corsa gives everyone effort-based guidance by default. If you add race times, an FTP, or heart-rate data, it unlocks more specific pace, power and heart-rate targets — but nothing is required.
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial with full access. No card is required to start.
Sign in at app.corsa.coach and open Profile → Subscription. Your plan, renewal date and billing all live there.
Open Profile → Subscription and choose Cancel subscription, in the app or on the web. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for — cancelling never cuts you off mid-month.
Use the Forgot password? link on the sign-in screen. We'll email you a link that's valid for 30 minutes. Resetting signs out your other devices.
You can delete your Corsa account yourself, at any time, from inside the app or on the web. You don't need to email us to do it.
Open Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account (on the web, it's the Delete account section at the bottom of your profile). You'll be asked to confirm twice, because it cannot be undone.
Your account, training plans, race calendar, imported activities and device connections are removed, and any active subscription is cancelled immediately so you aren't billed again. Full detail — including backups and what Stripe retains — is on the account deletion page.
Yes. Training limits are stricter for younger athletes — lower weekly volume increases, less hard training, and more required rest days. These limits are built in and can't be turned off or overridden.
Athletes under 13 need a parent or guardian to give consent during sign-up. The account can't be created without it.
That's the point. Corsa is written so an athlete with no training background can open it and know what to do today, with every session explained in plain language and no jargon.
We run a partner-code program for youth mountain bike teams and running clubs. Use the contact form and pick the team partnership option — tell us your roster size and season window.
Write to [email protected]. Most replies come within 24 hours. If you're reporting a problem in the app, use Profile → Send Feedback — it fills in your app version automatically, which helps us find the cause faster.
