Terms of Service

The short version: Corsa is a training plan generator, not a medical device. Be reasonable with your account, cancel any time, and email us if something’s off.

Effective May 3, 2026 · Last updated May 3, 2026 · Version 2026-05-03

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Corsa Coaching (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you’re using the Service on behalf of an athlete under 13, you must be that athlete’s parent or legal guardian and have completed our parental consent flow.

2. The Service

Corsa generates personalized endurance training plans for running, cycling (road and mountain), swimming, and triathlon, with optional strength sessions. Plans are produced by an AI agent, grounded in a curated knowledge base of coach-vetted workouts, and pass through tier-based safety guardrails before being shown to you.

3. Not medical advice

Corsa is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Plans assume you are healthy enough to train. You are responsible for clearing new training with a licensed healthcare provider — especially if you have any cardiovascular, metabolic, orthopedic, or other condition that could be affected by exercise; if you’re pregnant; or if you’re returning from injury or illness.

Stop the workout and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, severe shortness of breath, dizziness, or any symptom that concerns you. Corsa cannot replace clinical judgment.

Endurance training carries inherent risks of injury, illness, and other physical harm. By using Corsa, you accept those risks and agree that you train at your own risk. Use judgment: if a workout doesn’t feel right, stop, rest, or modify.

3a. AI-generated plans

Plans, workouts, intensity targets, and the plain-language “why” on each session are generated by an AI agent. Although the agent is grounded in coach-curated content and constrained by tier-based safety guardrails, AI output can contain errors, omit relevant context, or misjudge an individual situation. Treat plans as a starting point, not a prescription. Use your own judgment, listen to your body, and consult a coach or healthcare provider when something seems off.

4. Subscription & billing

5. Your account

5a. Youth athletes & guardian responsibility

For any athlete under 18, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for the athlete’s training decisions, including whether to follow a given Corsa plan. The guardian assumes the inherent risks of physical exercise on behalf of the athlete. For athletes under 13, the account requires verifiable parental consent before it becomes active; the guardian agrees to these Terms on behalf of the under-13 athlete.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t do any of the following:

7. Content & intellectual property

Corsa, the brand, the application, the knowledge base, and the generated plans, content, and explanations are owned by Corsa Coaching or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use generated plans for your own training. You retain ownership of any data you bring in (training history, performance numbers, notes).

8. Connected services

Connecting Garmin, Apple Health, Wahoo, or Strava is optional. Their terms govern those services; Corsa accesses them in read-only mode under the scopes you authorize. You can disconnect at any time.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, fix bugs, or update features. We’ll communicate planned downtime where reasonable.

10. Termination

You can cancel any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, especially Section 6 (Acceptable use), or where required by law. On termination, your access ends and your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corsa disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that plans, workout structures, intensity targets, or any AI-generated explanations will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation; that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted; that you will achieve any specific performance, weight, health, or fitness outcome; or that connected services (Garmin, Apple Health, Wahoo, Strava, etc.) will always be available.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corsa’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Corsa in the 12 months before the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100). Corsa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Corsa harmless from claims arising from (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your use of the Service in a way that breaks the law, or (c) misrepresentation of your age or guardianship status.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app. Continued use after the change becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your local jurisdiction.
